Booking and cancellation

Bookings can be placed online or by phone. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible — we’ll work with you. Same-day cancellations after a tech is dispatched may incur a trip charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.
